I am a Nicaraguan-American First-Gen therapist who uses cultural storytelling in my practice. I specialize in First-Gen Latinx populations, immigrants, and immigration evaluations. Using this cultural lens, the goal of a Solution-Focused therapist is to maximize your time in therapy so that you may reach your goal and become your most authentic self.

I am also passionate about mentoring up-and-coming BIPOC therapists. I use a decolonized lens to support the life/work balance.
